ApexOS uses an AI credit system. One credit powers approximately one quote section — a typical quote uses 2–4 credits. Credits roll over one month (up to 50% of your monthly allotment). You will never hit a hard wall — soft alerts at 80% usage let you upgrade before you run out.

Historical Data Ingestion
Your quoting history is your most valuable business asset. We extract it, structure it, and load it into ApexOS so the AI understands your pricing, your customers, and your patterns from day one — not month six. Works with uploaded files, shared drives, and email archives. If your quotes are buried in Gmail or Outlook, we handle the extraction. You grant temporary access, we pull everything, you revoke it. Your history is live in ApexOS within 48 hours. Available at every tier.

Is AI really included at every tier?
Yes. AI-powered quote generation is core to ApexOS — it is not an add-on. Every tier includes a monthly AI credit allowance; one credit powers about one quote section, and a typical quote uses 2–4. If you approach your limit, you will see a soft alert in your dashboard so you can upgrade before you run out.
What happens when I approach my monthly AI credit limit?
ApexOS uses an AI credit system, not a hard quote limit. At 80% of your monthly credits you'll see a soft alert in your dashboard. If you go over, additional credits are billed at your tier's overage rate — $5.00 to $2.00 per credit depending on plan. You can also upgrade at any time. Manual quoting is always available on every plan, no credits required.
Does ApexOS connect to my distributor accounts?
Yes. ApexOS integrates with leading national low voltage distributors to pull live pricing and inventory into your quotes. You can verify any quote against current distributor pricing with one click before the proposal goes out — no more stale price lists. Live connections are included on every plan (1 on Starter, 2 on Growth, 3 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise); CSV catalog upload is unlimited on every plan.
Do I have to purchase Setup & Onboarding?
It is required at Professional and Enterprise, and strongly recommended at Growth. Starter contractors can self-serve with our documentation. Either way, we are here when you need us.
My quotes are all in my email — can you still ingest them?
Yes. Historical Data Ingestion includes email archive extraction for Gmail and Outlook. You grant temporary access, we extract your quote attachments and history, you revoke access. Your data is live in ApexOS within 48 hours. You never need a tidy folder of saved files.
We have multiple locations. How does that work?
Enterprise base covers a single headquarters location. Multi-location operations are priced to match your footprint — additional locations and seats above the base are scoped on a call. Contact us and we will build a proposal for your operation.
